I used to love how revitalizing eye repair would roll on to the skin under my eyes. It was such a cooling and refreshing feeling anytime of day or night. However, now the new packaging has changed and the roller no longer works, requiring the user to physically remove the roller and instead dab the product onto the fingers and apply this way. I love the product, but because the packaging is difficult I no longer order it.

I have used this eye repair cream for several years now. It's great! What's not great is the way this product is packaged. I just opened the "new" bottle and I can't get the serum out. I have to run the ball over a tissue or tap the ball on the counter to get any to come out. I also had this issue with the previous packaging but it was not as frustrating. Perhaps something can be done?
