The packaging needs to change. When I am dispensing some many times the top falls out of bottle. I was told you were working on fixing the problem.

Great product, lovely fresh smell, cleans well without face feeling dry BUT poor packaging. The plastic top does not stay in the container when tipped and the product spills out too quickly. This is the second face wash bottle ordered that has this flaw.!
